Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: Snip Eazy requires customers to read, understand, and accept terms and conditions outlined herein before any work commences. This acceptance is confirmed by providing a signature, which can be done in person or via email. When signing in person, we ask that the customer be home on the day of work commencement to sign or arrange a suitable time prior to the job starting to get the terms and conditions signed in person. It is essential for us to ensure that the customer fully comprehends these terms and conditions on file and can provide the signed copy to the customer upon request. 1. Services Offered: Snip Eazy offers a range of Lawn Care Services including; Lawn Mowing, Whipper Snipping, Edging, Hedging, Pruning, and Weed Management.
2. Pricing and Payment: We operate on hourly rates, payable via cash or bank transfer. Invoices will be sent after the service has been provided unless otherwise specified.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation: Cancellation requires at least 24 hours' notice prior to the appointment time. While we aim to accomodate rescheduling requests, please note that it may not always be possible. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a travel fee of up to $25 if within 15 kilometres of our business, and additional fees if further.
4. Property Access and Client Responsibilities: By accepting our quote, clients grant us permission to access their property. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any dogs on the premises and ensuring side access is unlocked. Clients are also expected to ensure the yard is clear of debris, toys, or large stones to prevent damage to equipment. Any damage to Snip Eazy's equipment as a result of debris not being cleared may result in charges being passed on to the client.
Additionally, Snip Eazy reserves the right to remove any excessive dog feces hindering service provision, with additional charges applied to the invoice as deemed necessary. Clients, children and animals should not be present in the yard while services are being performed for safety reasons.
5. Liability Insurance: Snip Eazy maintains full comprehensive liability insurance to cover injury or damage caused to clients or their property during our services. Clients, children, and animals should not be present in the yard while services are being performed for safety reasons. Snip Eazy is not liable for any damages, loss, or medical issues that occur during service. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that they and their belongings remain clear of the working area. While Snip Eazy has insurance coverage for incidents within the yard, we will not be liable for damages or injuries that occur while the client is present in the yard during service. Any damages or injuries occurring inside the clients house will be assessed on a case-by-case- basis, and liability will be determined accordingly by Snip Eazy.
6. Customer Satisfaction and Dispute Resolution: In the event of dissatisfaction with our services, clients are encouraged to contact us via email for resolutions. Refunds are not offered, and redo policies will be determined at Snip Eazyz's discretion based on the nature of the issue. Our goal is to exceed expectations, and we hope this policy is rarely needed.
7. Privacy and Data Policy: We respect your privacy and adhere to Australian data Protection Laws. Any personal information collected, such as names, addresses, or contact details, will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shard with third parties without consent. We use secure methods to store and protect your data. Snip Eazy will notify customers of any updates to the terms and conditions.
